Hi, I’m Marie! I founded Charcutemarie in December 2020 during a time when gathering felt like a distant memory. As a wedding planner, postponing every event that summer left me feeling defeated. I craved the simple joy of coming together with loved ones, and for me, that joy always centered around a charcuterie board. It’s the place where my family—especially the women—naturally gathers to snack, sip wine, and share life stories filled with tears, laughter, and connection.

Creating charcuterie became my way of giving that sense of togetherness back to others. Apéro continues that mission: making it effortless to bring people together to celebrate life’s big and small moments.

SOPHIA

Hey, I’m Sophia! My love for hospitality began in 2021 as a server at a craft cocktail and bourbon restaurant, where I quickly advanced to management and then took on the role of General Manager for a new restaurant opening. For me, hospitality is about creating memorable guest experiences and believing that food is a universal love language—because let’s be honest, everyone loves to eat!

I’m the go-to bartender at family gatherings, and nothing makes me happier than crafting unique cocktails. Like Marie, I believe the best moments are shared over a glass of something delicious—whether it’s a bold red wine with friends, a celebratory champagne toast, or a handpicked bourbon sipped slowly with my dad. That passion for connection inspired Apéro, and I can’t wait to share it with our community for years to come.
